ORCHID BEAUTY ROOM POLICIES

At Orchid Beauty, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the door the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Orchid Beauty Room experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.

* Please arrive on time to your appointment and wait in your car for me to come and collect you, unfortunately if you are more then 15 minutes late your treatment may need to be rearranged or shortened 

* A non refundable charge of up to 50% may be required for large bookings

* Please where possible attend your appointment alone

* Due to insurances I am unable to allow anyone in the treatment room under the age of 16

* Please use the hand sanitizer provided when you arrive

​ I am fully qualified level 2 & 3 therapist , and I am under insurance with BABTAC.

I accept cash,card and bank transfers as payment

Tea & coffee is available

​

Please note I do not have toilet facilities within the salon.
